You do not have to worry about what is going to happen in the future, but look at what is going on in the present and feel what is going on around you. When there is uncertainty for what is going to happen in the future, your mind will most likely be projecting into the future, imagining what could happen, or trying to solve everything at once. Being present in the moment could help you feel more stable, especially when there is uncertainty and trying to manage the stress that is going on due to change. This could mean taking things one day at a time, establishing a routine, being around people that you can count on, being part of a religious organization, going outside and getting fresh air, writing your thoughts, and more.</image:title>

      <image:caption>Sometimes, having professional support can be incredibly helpful during times of uncertainty. Therapy can offer support during life transitions, help for navigating life challenges, and a safe space to process change, stress and overwhelm. It is not about having all of the answers right away, It is about having a safe space to explore what you are dealing with and finding stability and calm within yourself, even in times of uncertainty. Change requires us to let go of what is familiar before we are ready to let go of it. This is not always going to be easy. However, uncertainty does not always mean things are going wrong. In many cases, it may be a sign that you are growing, changing and moving into something new in life. Even though the future ahead may not be entirely clear, you do not have to go through it alone.</image:caption>
