Being present in the moment could help you feel more stable, especially when there is uncertainty and trying to manage the stress that is going on due to change. This could mean taking things one day at a time, establishing a routine, being around people that you can count on, being part of a religious organization, going outside and getting fresh air, writing your thoughts, and more.</image:title>
