Carmelina Infantino
Hi, I’m Carmelina, the Intake Coordinator at Novara Counseling. I’m currently studying clinical psychology, and I was drawn to this field through both personal experience and a deep curiosity about how people think, feel, and heal. What interests me most about psychology is understanding human behavior, emotions, and relationships, especially how support, empathy, and connection can make a real difference during difficult moments. Through my work and studies, I’ve learned how important it is for people to feel safe, understood, and not alone when seeking help.
That experience inspired my desire to help others feel supported during vulnerable moments, which is why I’m passionate about making the intake process feel clear, welcoming, and respectful as individuals, couples, and families take their first steps toward growth and healing.
In my role, I guide individuals, couples, and families through the intake process with care and empathy, helping ensure they feel heard and respected from the very beginning.
I truly enjoy this work because it allows me to combine my passion for psychology with meaningful client support. I’m honored to be part of a team that values trust, warmth, and thoughtful care, and I look forward to helping clients feel comfortable as they begin their journey toward growth and healing.
